Change of address

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@yufitwear.com or Call Us at +91-8200686714 for a change of address, once the order is in transit We cannot change the delivery address.

Order Cancellation 

In any case, if the customer wants to cancel the order, it has to be done before the products are packed and shipped. The orders cannot be canceled after the orders are shipped or scheduled for pickup. In such a case, the delivery can be rejected at the customer's place. Then the refund will be issued after the package has reached the origin.

Multiple addresses

We don't offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Delayed

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 10 business days.

Tracking an order

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps
